We will be offering a Zoom Yoga on Saturday Feb 20th at 10am on Zoom.
You will need a Yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes!
Jenn’s belief in the healing power of yoga for the body and mind inspired her to earn her RYT-200 in 2015 and her RYT-500 in 2019. She completed 30 hours of study in Restorative yoga with Judith Lasater and is a Certified Level 1 Relax and Renew® trainer. She has also studied extensively with Doug Keller and teaches Yin yoga, Deep stretch, and Vinyasa yoga. Jenn has recently earned her EYT-200 – this means that she has taught 1,000 hours of yoga since receiving her initial certification.
